Called a few companies and decided on New Glaze because he sounded honest and said the job would take two days when the other companies said it would take only one and the cost would be around the same. Figured if he was going to take so much longer than the other companies, he must be doing a better job. I wanted a company who takes pride in their work and not the other companies who are in and out in half the time he said it would take him to do the job right.
When Carl was done the bathroom looked totally new at less than a fifth of the price of replacing the tiles and without the mess.
Will definitely recommend to all.

Karl did an outstanding job. He repaired a complicated technical issue on an expensive tub, that required a lot of coordination with the manufacturer. He went above and beyond in every respect. I highly endorse!

Karl was incredible!! Super knowledgeable and serious attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and it is obvious he puts a lot of time and dedication into his work. It was a pleasure to work with him and we couldn't recommend him enough!

Carl did a wonderful job reglazing our tub, explaining what may have gone wrong with our last reglaze (with a reputable company), and how to care for the job. He is meticulous, patient, modest and communicative. I rarely write reviews, but we thought he was great!

Karl is just an outstanding guy. We called Karl for tub repair last minute. It was an important job that had to be done on same day. He rearranged his schedule and showed up in less than an hour. On top of all that, he gave us a great price. We will call him again for the next jobs.

Carl is a great artist and refinisher , not only is he talented but he is honest as can be. Carl gave me an estimate from pictures I sent him to refinish a large tub and it was very reasonable . He special ordered the color needed and arrived on time as scheduled . Here is where it gets good , I uncovered the tub with him and he explained to me why the tub may not need a full reglazing and told me to come back in an hour. When I returned he said there is one chip in tub that he can fix without charging me the price he originally quoted . He fixed the chip allowing me to see the process . in the end you could not see the repair he did and was less than half the price quoted ! He is good honest and fair .

Carl just completed our bathtub. I cannot emphasize enough how meticulous he has been nor how much time he has spent with the job.
The completed bathtub is beautiful and I have intentions of using New Glaze for further work in our home.

Karl is a skilled artisan who knows his craft well. He did an excellent job on my tub (see picture). His fee is reasonable and he delivers as promised. I highly recommend him.
